Everything was great. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is super tasty with a lot of options both western and local. Really nice location. A bit away from the city of Sapa, but the surrounding area is just gorgeous and perfect for a relaxing vacation. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. And they arranged my arrival and departure transfer with ease and professionalism

Lucy and every staffs were fantastic. They tried their best to accommodate us. The room was a little small but it was to be expect as we were in the old town. Everyone was so nice and help us arrange a trip from the airport. Nothing but a thumb for their service.

Perfect Hotel!! Mr Kim is the best host ever. He's available for any purpose, and he offered us 1 night to have a place to rest before taking a night bus. All the people are great, smiling and helping. Really nice breakfast, and comfortable room. We had a lovely time here. Don't hesitate !!

The staff here are spectacular and friendly. They helped us book any tours and trips we wanted, assisted with transportation back to HaNoi and gave us tips and advice about Sapa. The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel is adjacent to the busier area of downtown Sapa so access was easy while the noise level was minimal. It is a 2 minute walk to the Sapa station to Fansipan and there are excellent restaurants nearby....oh, and the included breakfast was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful, the spa service was superb and the food at the restaurant was so tasty. If you go to Sapa, definitely stay here. It is a little out of the city - but still a completely fine within walking distance, and you get the most amazing view.

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.

    First time in Sapa, I found Lan Rung Boutique via recommendation on internet. The location is good, they had the parking lot for my car, the room is amazing with moutain view. TWonderful clean room and lovely helpful staff, especially Ms Nhung, she served us dinner even in the middle night. Thanks Nhung for the best service she did.
