I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prizren. The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large living room that made it feel like home. All at the reception, and at the restaurant, the service is very polite and flexible. All places clean, no any disturbing smell. Inside and autside are beautiful, the parking is well (i think it could be good to take a mirror at the outrance of the parking). The breakfast was very good! And i very liked, that the receptionist are very communicative, polite but feiendly. Congratulation for all the team!

The host is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They upgraded my room for free since the bigger room wasn’t occupied. The location is very central and easy to walk to any points of interest. It is about 15-20 min walk from the bus station. Highly recommended.

Old school hotel with all of the perks. Great staff that could help me both locally and getting away. The rooms are well equipped and solidly built. I loved that they didn't have small single use amenities.
