A hidden gem in Marloth. Everything was just perfect: the food (book diner, it is delicious and the setting is so romantic! ), the cottage :beautifully decorated and so comfortable, Linday who manages the lodge is the sweetest person I have ever met. She puts her heart and soul in what she does. I felt really special. A bonus is the animals you see roaming in the garden. During the evening we saw busbabbies (a very special sighting). Marloth itself is also much more than expected. You can walk or drive along the river and you see all the animals along the riverside (Kruger np is just next to Marloth)

This place was amazing - a great option for budget travelers wanting to experience Kruger. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of the guests had a great experience. They were very communicative about which shuttles to take/where to go for lunch/setting up extra tours if wanted. Renee set up a night game drive for a few of us, and dropped us off/picked us up from there. He also organized a trip down to the river to watch the sunset. The game drives were incredible, dinners were good, and the continental breakfast was great and set up early enough to enjoy before an early morning in the park.

I loved everything about this place! The location is fantastic—Marloth Park has so much to offer, and the wildlife wandering up to the house is truly special. The private swimming pool and Braai area are thoughtfully designed, ensuring complete privacy. The house itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and an impressive structure. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the towels and bed linens are of excellent quality. We were also welcomed with lovely gifts, and the hosts were extremely responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you again!

Our stay at Vida Nova Kruger was nothing short of incredible. The lodge is absolutely stunning—luxurious yet still perfectly in harmony with the natural beauty of Marloth Park. Waking up to the sounds of the bush and sipping coffee with a view of the Crocodile River was one of the highlights of our trip. The attention to detail at Vida Nova is impressive—from the elegant décor and spacious rooms to the exceptional hospitality from the team. Everyone was warm, professional, and made us feel truly at home. Its location is ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough for easy access to Kruger National Park. We enjoyed both relaxing at the lodge and going on nearby game drives, knowing we had a comfortable, beautiful place to return to. If you're looking for a luxurious yet authentic bush escape, Vida Nova Kruger is the perfect choice. We left with full hearts, full tummies and unforgettable memories—can’t wait to return!

Superb accomodation by the river, interesting design, lots of space in all hotel area and rooms, including communal area. There were many animals in the area, we saw giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, wild boars, impalas.. many of them right in front of the property. The view of the river is great. Dinners prepared by the host are exceptional and are also the best way to eat in this area. It is 45-minute drive to Malelane gate, at this time Crocodile one was closed due to flodding.

    in one word = luxury stay in a beautiful location. In a gated community, the lodge was build as a home, later became a lodge. Safe free parking at the lodge. Animals roam around. The rooms were huge with fine african styling, a large bathroom, a terrace with a view of Kruger park. We saw elephants going for the evening drink. Very quiet place. We preordered a dinner at the lodge and we were enjoying fine dining in the huge common area. We shall definitely come back when visiting the area. And stay more nights, not only 1.
