There is a bus that is only a 3 min walk away that leaves every 1/2 hour or it’s about a 20 min walk from town. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Authentic building, as long as I understand with several centuries of history, but looks and feels absolutely great, comfy and newish. Accomodation has a self check-in, check-out system, garden and big room with a fireplace to relax during rainy days. Owner and her assistant are both very friendly and willing to help, incredibly nice people. The chalet has guest parking and is located within 5 minutes from Brienz train station and lake promenade.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Excellent hotel, spacious nicely decorated room with fantasic view to the Apls. The bed were super comfortable, had a L shaped large balcony with a panoramic mindblowing view of the swiss alps. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was coordial, offered me a mobile charge adapter. The staff at the restaurant was polite and attentive.

Guests also benefit from free public transport throughout the city. I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the balcony was a fantastic addition (we were facing the cable car and the train station and found it fun to watch the trains go by). Breakfast is included, which is a huge plus! Just an overall fantastic stay. Location is perfect and the views were WOW.

Location of the hotel is great, only 15-20 mins walk from Interlaken Ost and West train stations. Room was comfortable and clean. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast included various choices, excellent quality of hot and cold dishes, delicious cheese selection. Having great breakfast on the terrace in this 'old' building watching the mountains and enjoying the beautiful environment with fresh air early morning..it is unforgettable.
