The small kitchenette that was hidden away was an absolute delight to be shown. We had completely missed it! The breakfast was great and it was so cool to get coffee whenever we wanted. It is super easy to reach. We went by shuttle which was fairly easy to book. We also received cards for free public transport within Grindelwald so it was also super easy to reach by bus!

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The hotel is stunning, the staff is super friendly (especially the people who work at breakfast). The room was super clean, and the view—oh my God—was incredible. We thought we were in a Tolkien movie. Upon checkout, they even gifted us some homemade tea. We would definitely come back again! :)

The staff always available and very kind, ready to solve any problem. Located in the centre of the town.

Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful hotel from the outside, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. From the window there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and fir trees! The room is warm. Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.

It also features a new spa area. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and clean, and location was convenient (near a bus stop and the trains). Loved the breakfast as well!
