Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The breakfast was excellent. Best since arriving in Chile. The rooms were spacious. View excellent. Great spa.

We had such a lovely experience staying here. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and like family. We spent time with them and other guests enjoying drinks and food together. The owners even drove us to town twice and always offered us something to drink when we came home. The location is very peaceful with a great view. Its an easy walk down into town or a 3 minute Uber ride back. The swimming pool is a bonus. Staying here was a treat and so different than just staying at a hotel. You get to know the real people of Chile. We would absolutely stay here again.

The area is relatively quiet. Nice view of the mountains. The owner was not on site, but he was responsive via WhatsApp, even though it seems he forgot we were arriving on the day we arrived. Beautiful cozy cabaña in good location, near Pucon and Huerquehue park. It has everything you may need - especially a very well-equipped kitchen. It was cold outside when we stayed, but we had a super easy to use stove, that kept nice temperature. Owner is extremely sympathetic and knows English very well. Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly
