Guests may reach to the famous tourist spots such as Qingyang Temple, Kuanzhai Alleys and Tianfu Square within a short walking time. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We had an incredible stay. and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The receptionists, Belle, Juliya, Vivi, Lily, and Joey, were all outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was directions, extra amenities, or just a friendly chat, this team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable – we'll definitely be back!

The property is located 2.7 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre, 3.7 km from Wenshu Monastery and 4.1 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. I value the prompt airport pick up and drop off, free of charge. Sheets are 5 Stars percale sheets, crisp and smell nice. Very close to airport and it’s a quiet hotel to rest and sleep. Incredibly comfortable and cheap! Great staff. Going there again.

Attractively set in Chengdu, Gongxili - Xige Hotel ---8mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station, near Tianfu square, close by culture park and Sichuan opera house, English speaking service, speaking service, local tours features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. Boasting room service, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Everything. For the money this place is absolutely perfect. The rooms are new, clean, spacious with a good shower and a disco toilet :) it's quite close to restaurants and the metro. They even did our laundry for free and it was done on the same day.

Attractively situated in the centre of Chengdu, Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

It is only an 8-minute walk from South Taisheng Road Subway Station (line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Tianfu Squuare Subway Station (line 1 and 2). Free WiFi access is available. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
