The property is non-smoking and is situated 6.7 km from Hangzhou East Railway Station. The stay here now was even better than the last. The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

The rooms are impeccable- not only are they very clean but I really enjoyed the layout. Everything has its place and they feel quite spacious. The host is amazing! She’s very kind and helpful. The breakfast which is freshly prepare by her and her friends each morning is the cherry on top :)

Such a cozy, quaint, and quiet place for any traveler to stay, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful get away from the city. The location is wonderful, such a lovely area to walk around and explore, there’s so much to do and very accessible. the host who works there is so welcoming, both the he and the other worker was very attentive and friendly to our needs and the breakfast every morning was so delicious. They were very generous and gracious to me and my mom who stayed. I loved hanging out with the cute cat too, definitely a huge plus. It really felt like I was at home, such a warm atmosphere. I’m so grateful for being able to stay there. Also highly recommend you check out this incredible vegetarian restaurant just a 4 minute walk from the property, called Qingchun perma. You definitely don’t need to be vegetarian to enjoy the food, very high quality. I love everything about this stay.

Best secluded location in hangzhou west lake area. the place is kept in pristine condition and staffs were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable. Guess room was spacious, clean and well maintained

Breakfast was with various options, delicious, and yeah staffs were well trained. City view with those small lakes were amazing
