I'd like to go back to Erfurt just to stay here! And yes, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Easily reachable by car as well as public transport. Despite this being an active railway station, the trains didn't bother me sound wise. With the windows closed, sound isolation was extremely good, and even sleeping with the window open was OK (I will add that my room was on the street side of the building, however).

All the small details showed how much the owner truly cares about the property and the guests. It was also very sweet to have a little chat with the owner. The house is located in a peaceful area, just a 10–15 minute drive from many points of interest (parks, baths, castles). I highly encourage you to spend your weekend here!
