He represents the feeling of Villafranca: warm, charming, kind and so welcoming to everyone. He works so hard and is always there for everyone. The house and rooms are tastefully decorated. My room was super comfortable (bed, shower, lightning, everything). The food, perfectly paired with local wine, was the best I have had on the Camino. This experience will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Featuring a bar, shared lounge and views of mountain, Casa Crescente is located in Boca de Huérgano, 50 km from Santo Toribio de Liebana Monastery. The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. My only complaint would be they set the bar too high! I stayed here on my second night of this trip and have been thinking of it every day since. The dinner was a spectacular bargain, 11 euro for a bottle of wine, appetizer (I think I had soup), main (there was a choice of beef cheek or pork cutlet with potatoes--to be honest I which I'd gotten the beef but the pork was also good, and dessert--i had basque cheesecake. Breakfast was also a great bargain with eggs, ham, bread, coffee and a piece of cake for 5 euro. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view and was a good temperature.

Hospederia Pax is within 800 metres of León Cathedral, San Isodoro Church and the adjancent Pantheon of the Kings of León. The property is located in the main wing of a restored monastery that is still active.

Free WiFi is provided and parking is available on-site for an extra cost. An amazing little hotel. Extremely neat and tidy. The rooms were decorated simply but elegantly; the bed was amazingly comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the breakfast was delicious. Built next to a convent and a stop for pilgrims on the Camino, we enjoyed a great location just minutes from the main walking area in Léon, and also enjoyed talking to some of the pilgrims making their way through Spain. I was sad to leave this hotel.

Formerly home to the Earl of Tepa, Casa de Tepa’s most famous resident was Napoleon. The house has a large garden, a gallery and a spacious library with fireplace. The hotel overall has a lot of character, still retains it's historical look in good way. Fantastic location, Very friendly and welcoming owners/staff. The courtyard is fantastic -better then the pictures. Parking lot available inside the hotel grounds. Very pet friendly.

Rooms at Parador León are located in the original building. A historical building with all the charms afforded to such establishments. At the same time, modern and comfortable. Loved my stay here, and the extremely early breakfast (picnic) setup for me personally so I could leave on my camino. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my early arrival and check-in, making a room available exceptionally quickly. (Arrived at 11:00 rather than the standard 14:00 check-in) Room is very sizable, and the bathroom is truly wonderful with all amenities (including a bathtub). Coffee machine /tea was a nice extra in the room.

This hostel is brand new. Very clean and well run. The owner was very nice and helpful.

It is set 100 metres from Leon Cathedral and provides a lift. The apartment features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Easy self check in lovely apartment Leon has a wonderful vibe highly recommend
