The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, they made us feel like we really belonged there and were a part of the family. On top of this, we could feel that even the local community loves visiting Leonor for lunch or simply evening drinks in the bar which is amazing and made us feel good about choosing this hotel. We couldn’t praise this boutique property more! We would be back in a heartbeat.

We didn't set high expectations for this 3-star hotel, but it pleasantly surprised us and offered great value for the money! Its proximity to the train station was convenient, and a short 15-minute walk easily brought us to the city center. The room size was just right – not too small, not too big. It was clean and comfortable, and one standout feature was the impressive sound insulation, which is quite a rarity in our experience. One of the major highlights was the breakfast, which featured a delightful variety of meals, including hot options. Additionally, each room was equipped with a decent capsule coffee machine, allowing us to treat ourselves after a long day exploring the beautiful medieval city. Overall, a positive experience that exceeded our initial expectations for a 3-star hotel.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast fully met our expectations. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location is perfect for exploring the charming village and the region. Highly recommended!

Each elegant guest room has an LCD TV, a minibar and WiFi access. Some rooms offer views of the courtyard, tea and coffee making facilities or a Nespresso coffee machine. The location is very convenient if you are arriving by car. The hotel provided all the details on how to arrive, where to park including the discount for the secured and covered parking beforehand. The room was spacious and super clean, had all the amenities needed and complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea and water were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated the staff's courtesy and availability on all our requests. The breakfast was good with big variety of cold and menu with hot dishes if anyone interested, though we would appreciate more vegan options e.g., pastries, yoghurt, etc. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep, also with very quiet environment despite the central location. The hotel provide discount for the parking and various tours, which was nice. We also borrowed umbrellas and we could leave the luggage for a couple of hours with no problem. The marmalade greeting gift from the staff was a nice touch too! Definitely would recommend and will stay again if find great deals as it is a little pricey.

They made us a reservation at the restaurant just on the corner when we asked. They were incredibly accommodating and the beds were super comfortable.

Guided us from parking to hotel and then when we forgot a few things in the room when leaving the hostess ran to garage to bring them to us.
