Dating back to the 14th-century, this property offers an award-winning restaurant, locally brewed ales and free parking. The room was big and well appointed, very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help. The breakfast and evening meal were both delicious and the bar/restaurant made for a cosy retreat from the grey, February weather.

What to add that has not been said before.. the shower water pressure was fabulous! (In my travelling experience that is very rare in the UK!)
