Location very good. Plenty of car parking nearby (although price reasonable, thought hotel would have negotiated discount for guests). Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom good, quiet for city location, bed and pillows comfortable. Clean throughout, staff seemed hard working.
Perfect for family, very nice and big apartment, in city location. Cannot park onsite but they provide badge to park at nearby car parking lots.
This is a beautiful apartment, well presented and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is in a quiet area and was super easy to check in. It is a short walk from Union street and, although it has paid on street parking, the free parking zone starts only a few streets away.
Location location location Excellent restaurant Free parking nearby
Budget hotel stay and great value for money. Central location with free parking nearby. Rooms and hotel is dated but clean and the staff are very friendly. Great value for money with a nice breakfast included in the price. I would stay again and recommend to others.
Ideal for a 1 night’s stay. Good location with free parking nearby
Very good breakfast, room and ensuite facilities. Location was perfect for our NE tour with car parking nearby and a pleasant beach.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Couldn't have been better. Great food, generous breakfasts. Very clean all round the whole hotel. Very well organised, no problems. Lots of free parking. We didn't use them but noticed two electric car charging points in car park.
Nice clean hotel, very central and good secure parking nearby. Reception staff not very friendly or knowledgeable and I had pre-paid but they expected payment again despite my protest. It will be refunded soon though. Room was well presented. Never had meals, but bar was well enough stocked and once somebody eventually turned up we were well served. All in all, a good stay there. A funny (though not meant to be) advert in the lift for the dining room, suggested you go elsewhere for food, that amused me on several occasions.
