We had food in the hotel both nights and it was lovely. The first night in the cellar bar we had fish and chips and it was top notch. Second night we had our dinner in the Belleek restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was beautiful.Great selection of cocktails and drinks on offer with the most comfortable seats in the Water gate bar . The breakfast both mornings we had a great view of the Lough and the attention to detail from the staff was very impressive. We did the stairway to heaven which is a half an hour drive away and we came back to a beautiful dip in the pool as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi . There is also a steam room and a sauna. Definitely going back and I will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were so attentive, welcoming and helpful and were able to give some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The location was great - we were visiting the University, so it was quite close to that, but also walkable to many other things in the city. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Despite changes in shift, our requests were always followed through by the different teams. The staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. The very tall lady always welcomed us with a cheery good morning and she remembered us and our preferences. We didnt manage to get her name though. Thank you all so much for being so professional yet welcoming, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for all the people that made the experience possible. By the second day, we always looked out for the logo atop the hotel. It is like coming home.
