Amazing place. Beautiful property, and only 3 min boat ride to Flores. Lots to see in San Miguel also. Total relaxation. The hosts were fantastic. Special mention to Eric, who got up in the middle of the night to ferry us to meet our tour to Tikal and also to bring us to the airport.

I’d especially like to thank the staff for making my birthday so special with thoughtful room decorations and a surprise cake. Every moment here was filled with care and magic.

We were pleasantly surprised by the food, especially after reading some of the previous reviews. Out of curiosity, we spoke to the hotel staff about the feedback, and they mentioned they’ve been working hard to improve. It shows! The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The staff were wonderful—always friendly and eager to help. Getting around the property was seamless, as we never had to wait for a golf cart to take us to our room. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views to the thoughtful amenities and excellent service, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it!
