Enjoying a cool climate, Hilton Bandung is located centrally in Bandung City, just 650 metres from Bandung Train Station. It offers a relaxing stay with free Wi-Fi in public areas, a rooftop pool and 3 dining options. 23 Paskal Shopping Centre, Pasar Baru Bandung and Braga City Walk are within walking distance from the hotel. Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The hospitality was top-notch! My daughter received a teddy bear from the receptionist, which made her extremely happy as she exclaimed, "This is the best hotel ever!" The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of traditional Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. We were also greeted with a welcome message in our room. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults. Overall, it was one of our best stays.

Comprised on a spacious leisure resort with a swimming pool that overlooks sunsets, a well-equipped convention centre for special occassions and events, and a kids area with an assortment of facilities and activities. I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.
