The staff at reception was helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions, had lost items, needed taxis, etc. They always had smiles to welcome us and went out of their way to smooth over the very few little issues that arose. The bar staff and housekeeping were was also terrific. The location couldn't be better. We walked almost everywhere. Very pleased with everything about the Chancery.

Everything is wonderful. Staff is great, food is wonderful and the location is incredible!

The hotel also has a car park, which has limited parking space available and is on a first come first serve basis. Parking cost €10.00 per car/per night. There are also three electric vehicle charging points available in the car park. Room was nice and modern furnished, so is the bathroom. Comfort was excellent. Quiet surroundings of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Everything was very peaceful.

It was a beautiful hotel, and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in! We were arriving in Dublin before check-in time and had reached out ahead of time to ask if the front desk could hold our luggage for us, they were incredibly accommodating for this and when we arrived they actually had a room ready for us and provided early check-in. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay! We did use the parking at Q-Park St. Stephens Green, which was a short walk away and we were provided with a discount through the Hotel.
