The staff at reception was helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions, had lost items, needed taxis, etc. They always had smiles to welcome us and went out of their way to smooth over the very few little issues that arose. The bar staff and housekeeping were was also terrific. The location couldn't be better. We walked almost everywhere. Very pleased with everything about the Chancery.

There are also three electric vehicle charging points available in the car park. Room was nice and modern furnished, so is the bathroom. Comfort was excellent. Quiet surroundings of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Everything was very peaceful.

The hotel is just a short stroll to the Stephen's Green shopping center and Grafton street. The staff especially Tanya reached out to me before our stay to know our arrival timings and any other requests we might have with the children to make out stay enjoyable. We arrived at 1:30am on a freezing winter night and Michael was there to receive us at reception. He was so welcoming and helpful which meant a lot after a long flight with two small children under 4. The hotel upgraded our room, had the heating on, provided us with a late check out and what was most touching, Michael asked if we would like something to eat. We said a sandwich would be fine for the children and he came back with a massive tray of treats, drinks, snacks and sandwiches for the whole family. We were blown away with the generosity. The kids were in their element and the whole experience in the hotel was amazing. The staff made us feel like VIPs. The room and bathroom was luxurious and spotless clean with tea and coffee facilities. There is a lovely bistro downstairs for lunch or dinner and a bar. We will definitely be repeat customers to this hotel in the future. The Green truly deserves high praise and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We only used the executive room while waiting for our room to be ready and it was pretty and comfortable. The bathroom also was nice and clean for the most part which really takes the cake for me.
