The host was very opening, welcoming and an absolute joy to interact with. The parking was nice. We left too early to eat an actual breakfast, but the host was up at 0530 and made us coffee, insisted we get food from what was available and gave my wife one of her personal spoons for a yogurt to go. She was beyond gracious and just an absolute joy. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It was private and easily accessible. The shower had the best combination of temperature control and water pressure of any stay we had in Scotland and that includes 5 star hotels.

Quality,variety,presentation and breakfast room were excellent. The host created a welcoming, tranquil setting to begin a day. Beds were extremely comfortable and all of the extra touches for adapter availability, offering tea or coffee when we returned from our adventures and providing valuable information for routes and suggested day trips. A consummate host!
