The recently renovated rooms are unbelievably amazing! You walk right out to the lake. And you can see the Aurora from right outside. Beautifully designed and upgraded, the stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Strongly recommended.

Set on a square behind Reykjavík Cathedral and the Icelandic Parliament, this hotel offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi access and Nespresso coffee machines. Lake Tjörnin is 1 minutes’ walk away. Convenient location near busstop and some main tourist attractions. Management very pleasant, super friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast option is great, coffee always at the ready is a big bonus. I would definitely stay there again.
