The room was quiet with no street noise. The breakfast was typical Jordanian and good (the halva nougat was fantastic). But best of all was the staff and owner. We felt so welcomed and were so well taken care of, especially by Hadi who was so thoughtful and polite. We received a lot of recommendations for restaurants and sights from the staff and owner. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made it all the more easier. This is not a given in Jordan. We had a wonderful stay in Amman, and the staff at Sandra Hotel made our stay even better. Excellent location with walking distance to many attracttions and fantastic restaurants. There is a small shop just across the street for convenience. Bottled water is readily available from reception. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good, typical Jordanian food plus omelets and pancakes. The staff were amazing, always ahead of what you may need and providing information on activities and places to visit. The bed was fantastic!
