The building is a beautiful old school building in the charming town of Magome. My capsule had a little more room than the others as well, so i appreciate that. Convenient location, it is about 5-10 minute walk from the train station and 15-20 minutes to the castle. The room I stayed was quite roomy, clean and comfortable. A top-floor onsen offers the mountain view for both indoor and outdoor baths. Buffet breakfast comes with variety of choices and tasty. Ice cream, yogurt drink, and evening Soba noodle, after taking onsen, are nice treats, worth a try. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

The owner was super friendly and kept the onsen open late for us when we were out too late. He helped us research restaurants in the area and even gave us ice cream after a hot bath!
