It is really an amazing place. We stayed there for one night just to get the experience in staying in a ryokan with onsen. We like anime so we chose this one as it has some features of Demon Slayer anime :) Room was amazing, sleeping on futons was really comfortable. Room was spacious. We were wearing yukatas during our stay and it was just amazing! Onsen was wonderful! And the dinner - OMG - super tasty! we felt really welcomed there and taken care of. One staff member who spoke English very well was explaining us what we were eating, how to cook different parts of the meal etc. It was so lovely. We really appreciate that! If we ever come to Japan again we will go there for sure.

The hotel is a 15 min walk from the station and therefore, within a 15 min walk there are quite a few places to eat. The owner can help you with all the recommendations of Aizu Wakamatsu too.
