Bettei Koyotei Nisshokan is a 15-minute drive from Glover Garden. JR Nagasaki Train Station is a 5-minute drive from the hotel, and a free shuttle is provided. This hotel is a little out of the way, but really worth it for the view. It's relaxing to see Nagasaki from above at different times of day. The staff were so friendly and always smiling and greeting guests, even giving us big waves as the station shuttle departed. I recommend taking advantage of the shuttle bus because while the city bus gets near the hotel, it's a steep mountain and the remaining walk is quite intense. The included breakfast was high quality.
