I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Facility was clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good!
