Very good onsen experience. Nice traditional room. Very warm and welcoming owner. Staffs are very helpful. Good parking facilities.
The Onsen bath, the buffet dinner and breakfast and ski hire on site. free parking.
Check in was a breeze. The free parking was a plus, given the parking situation in Japan. The owners greeted us personally and were very helpful throughout the stay. Walking distance to many izakaya and restaurants. A very short commute to the snow monkey park and ski resorts. I would definitely recommend and would return.
The position, real ski in ski out option and at the same time very near bus station and parking area. Very nice staff.
Great location. Easy parking, nice views, good Japanese breakfast.
Old traditional rooms are big and look very good. Futons on tatami. Great room sizes. Had our own toilet and sink but no shower. Japanese breakfast was great, good food in small portions and looked beautiful, and very affordable. Outdoors Onsen was spectacular and justifies the stay just on its own. It is 5 minutes walk from train station. We drove in rental car and there is free parking in front of property. 15 minutes drive to Snow Monkey Park.
Big comfortable rooms. Nice and warm in the room but cold in the common areas. Onsen is very hot but good. A little run down. Parking isn't easy as they only have 5 spaces.
Rooms are big and very comfortable Parking was excellent Food was great, dinner and breakfast Meet Leon the dog, was so loving!
Really nice staff at the reception and they also speak english! The location is convenient in the center and near the monkey park; with free onsen, free parking and free wifi
It's a bit of an older building, but the room was large. The staff was great! They were very welcoming and helpful, and the onsen was enjoyable. We drove to the hotel, and there was free parking which was nice. Overall this was an enjoyable experience.
