Although we arrived late they accepted us even after check-in time and moreover the manager Andrew made an extra effort to help with a taxi driver who didn’t speak English and couldn’t give change. He was always available, very friendly and helpful! Tuk-tuk service is always available free of charge around the area. The breakfast is served at the main hotel The Elephant Park, it’s a buffet with fresh juice, fruits, omelette station and other food options. The view is absolutely incredible, you literally have breakfast overlooking elephants bathing, walking, eating, enjoying their time! The best possible view! I should mention that the experience exceeded my expectations and made my family very happy! Overall I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the hotel, and would gladly recommend it!
