We especially appreciated that the use of the washer and dryer was included at no additional cost (even the washing powder!). They have a “contactless” check-in process: they send all the information you need to access the cottage ahead of your stay, although the owners live right next door and are available. About a 10-minute walk from the Hokitika town center and a short drive from the Glow Worm Dell. This was a great stop on our drive along the West Coast.

The house was really cool and had everything we could need. The bed was really comfortable and the hosts were really accommodating. It was the best place to rest after a long day driving.
