The common rooms and kitchen were very clean and comfortable, and it felt like living in a flat share with other travelers. The location was also great, close to the town center, and a perfect starting point for the Tongariro crossing or fishing.

We were catching the inter-city bus the day we checked out and she even dropped us at the bus stop which was incredibly thoughtful. The studio was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the walk along the lakeside into town. It takes around 45mins but the views are incredible. We had all the amenities we required for the couple of nights we were there. I could not recommend this place enough if you are visiting Taupo.

This is a perfect accommodation to feel away from it all. Hosts were amazing and the room had everything you need! Breakfast is provided! Definitely recommended!

We drove into downtown to eat, since recent knee surgery limited distance, but normally we would have walked. Shared bathroom is large and has an entrance from both bedrooms for easy access.
