Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

I will go back again and again.

They upgraded us twice (we stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our holidays), our last day they arranged a room free of charge for a late check out at 6pm!
