Facilities are new and functioning properly. Everything is exactly as in the photos. The communication with Dijana was thorough and with ease. She was at our disposal for all and any consultation needed. Underground parking is a bit narrow but very safe. We highly reccoment TiM lux apt. As a side note: I would recommend to the owners to provide one kitchen knife for occasional cutting (the one from cutlery set wasn’t sharp enough) and possibly a jar of salt (it didn’t cross my mind to bring my own, and it was already too late to run to a store at the time I needed it).
