It's a quaint working farm that uses what is produced on the land into the breakfast that is offered. Staff went above and beyond, even providing ice for my wife for a suspected insect bite. They were very helpful in planning our outings in the general area; very patient as our Slovenian wasn't that good.

Stunning views of the Alps from our balcony, comfortable bed and quiet and peaceful surroundings made this a haven to rest and relax in. Nina and her whole family are so warm and friendly. They were so patient with our questions and helpful when asked for suggested sites to visit. The traditional Slovenian four course dinner prepared for us was outstanding! It is everything described - and more!

The location is in a paradise whereby you would wish to wake up every morning. :) We had room no. 12 with large view over the mountains and it was amaizing. The staff is great, room clean, beds comfortable (one comment though about pillows - too soft but not a real problem), the food is very good and the vibe is cosy and relaxing :) We had the possibility to rent bikes (normal or electrical) and there is also a EV charging station at the location (which was a blessing for us traveling with an EV car). The location is pet friendly and we had a good stay with our dog :). Trips are at hand from the location: a circuit of the Logar Valley (around 3-4h walking or less with the bikes), some beautiful waterfalls and the teal colour of the rivers always along your path. We would love to return.

From the very first moment, we were impressed by the attention to detail—both inside the guesthouse and in the beautifully landscaped garden. Nestled near the forest, wooden figurines placed at the edge create a magical story, inviting children to explore and let their imagination roam. Our hosts were extremely kind, always attentive to guests’ needs, and their hospitality made every moment special. The food was delicious, prepared with local ingredients, turning each meal into a true journey through the region’s authentic flavors. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. And the view from the garden toward the mountains was truly breathtaking—a perfect place for relaxation and contemplation. Additionally, the guesthouse provides a children’s play area, and even an outdoor fireplace. The location is ideal for exploring Logarska Dolina Park, and the proximity to attractions such as Kapela Kristusa Kralja and Sveti Duh added even more charm to our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an oasis of tranquility, comfort, and authenticity in the heart of Slovenia..

Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of mountain, Farmstay Hiša Pečovnik is situated in Luče, 45 km from Beer Fountain Žalec. This farm stay offers free private parking and luggage storage space. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Everything was great! Our hosts, Tomaz and Spela, were wonderful, very hospitable, accommodating about meal times, and informative about hikes in the area. Our chef, Erik, created amazingly delicious and beautifully presented dishes, from soups to main dishes to desserts, for our big group of 10 (a family reunion). The farm house we staying in was very clean and pleasant with beautiful mountain and vegetation views.
