Cold water, tea and coffee are also available at the hall outside of your room. While you eat your freshly prepared rich and varied breakfast made by the hotel's owner Kadir and his hard-working wife on the terrace, you can sip your tea served to your table by the extremely polite and helpful Hakan. The hotel does not have a private garage, but you can park your car in front of the hotel, which is recorded by camera 24/7. The hotel surroundings are clean and safe at the heart of Edirne city center. We would like to thank the hotel owners, Mr. Kadir and his beautiful wife, who are always friendly and helpful, for providing us with such an environment. CAUTION: Sometimes Google Maps fails to find the shortest way to the hotel. Take the D100 from E80 if you are driving from Kapıkule. Change to D535 from E80 in case you are coming from Istanbul.

All the staff (Mohammed, Ahmed, Omer and Sue) have been extremely friendly and cooperative. Mayar Residence is the cleanest hotels I have stayed in during my visits to Istanbul. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had everything one needed for a long stay like ours. The view from the wide windows was so astonishing that we always felt we were part of the lively but not noisy surroundings. The location was perfect because of its close vicinity to both Forum Istanbul Mall and Kocatepe metro station. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for all the above reason in addition to its value for money.
