It is a bit away from the downtown, but transportation is easy in Odesa using Bolt. They have a very safe and comfortable shelter area at the hotel to using during drone attacks. I felt very safe in Odesa and at this hotel. Food was wonderful here and the room was a great price. I especially enjoyed breakfast up on the rooftop patio with views of the city.
