I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!
