The house was newly furnished and clean, the lady there was very kind and welcomed us with the traditional albanian drink raki and traditional sweets. The view was fascinating as soon as you woke up you could see the mountains and the location was very close to the thermal waters of Benja.

Super clean and VERY white!. We loved the friendly host and the location. Plenty of free parking for our rental car, and just a short walk to the main square. They have a small shop in the bottom of the building.

It’s in the outskirts and get to the guesthouse, the host comes for you in the centre, picks you up with this personal 4x4 and takes you to the guesthouse, personally I enjoyed the adventure, but it might not be for everyone. The hosts are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, I wish I had more time to stay longer.

We stayed with our family for 2 nights at the Adriatik Guesthouse. We received a very friendly welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The beds were made and both shampoo and shower gel were provided. Breakfast consisted of local specialties prepared by the hostess, complemented by coffee, tea, or organic milk. The hostess was also very willing to offer advice on excursions or local activities. They have a very friendly dog named Bobby. The center of Permet is within walking distance.

This apartment is basic with a refrigerator. It was clean with everything you would need for a few days stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal close to centre of Permet , shops supermarkets and bakeries.
