I travelled alone but felt very welcome. Great food and very attentive hostess. Loved the old building, tasteful furniture and well-thought fixtures. Very convenient location in the middle of a town and close to the great ski slopes.

Actually check in is very easy , either you phone the number on the door of the 3 storey appartment building and someone will come from Zirben Pension or you go to Zirben Pension ( right below the Castle ) and check in there. Veronica helped us with details of Restaurants etc and a map of the town . Appartment was really super and ideal for us with outdoor furniture provided for the balconies , fully equipped kitchen and comfy , firm beds , one en suite bathroom and another seperate toilet and bathroom for our daughter and Grandson. Central Heating was very good and views from balconies very pleasant.

    Very friendly and kind owner - Gerlinde, who explained everything (in english) about the local activities and provided local “Joker Cards” which allowed us to use free cable-car round trips. House was clean, breakfast was tasty, late check-in was possible (we arrived by midnight). A fresh water awaited us in the room, which was really nice. Very good sound insulation. View from the balcony.

    Located next to a castel in a beautiful, tranquil town with a rich historical past, proximity to various attractions for many of which 1st time entry was free thanks to the Lungau card provided, well managed supermarket just 500m away, the interior design of the building and room, well maintained, delicious breakfast
