The location was excellent in middle of town. Check in was very quick and friendly down to earth. We stayed in 3 different rooms all of them were different types, all of them were spacious, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Fold out sofa beds were made up ready also. Had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk. Shower cap, eye cleansers, soap bars, towels, hand towels, face washers, shampoo. Plenty of pillows, blankets. Excellent aircon and fans. All four families we stayed with agreed on everything I have written. I would definitely stay here again. Not sure why some bad reviews. We had good experience here. We were all happy with our stay.

    Very rude reception, even the rude female receptionist said to ask the police for bring in pet. No refund just 5 minuets after the payment when I was treated as a kid and not friendly at all for pet. The website did not state $20 for bringing in a cat that is in a carrier, but they asked the money at reception with rude manner and after paid the rent. The switch of power is too dirty with black marks as it has been cleaned for years.
