There were 4 elevators, so you didn't need to wait for it more than 15-20 seconds. The quality of the furniture in the room was very good (close to new). The hotel is pet friendly and by that they really mean it, they accept even large size dogs such as Bernese Mountain Dogs or even Danish Dog breed. I was first offered the 2nd floor room but it was very noisy during the day with traffic and the window does. Not shut out enough noise. I'm a light sleeper. But they transferred me to the 5th floor and it was perfect. The rooms are a good size, clean and small tea/coffee station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
