This was absolutely exceptional stay! Our room was cozy. Incredibly helpful, kind and willing staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Great food for breakfast and as well for dinner. Our room was always clean and it was really relaxing place to stay. We had to admit that we are so overwhelmed by all the extra things the hotel offers - full access to OVAVERA, transport tickets (including cable cars) or lunch boxes for hikes! When we came, Paul welcomed us so nicely (we are traveling pretty often and have never experienced so warm and helpful introduction) and booked for us a table at the restaurant right away. Also he explained us what to do around. All other receptionist were also incredibly helpful. We even prolonged our stay at the hotel because we felt like home and stunned by the city and surrounding. This was our first trip to St. Moritz and definitely not the last - we are already planning our next trip.

great hotel, best I ever stayed, top SPA beautiful outdoor pool, several saunas, hotel has several restaurants, bars, everything has a lot of space, a lot of facilities for kids as well, play rooms,.... hotel is huge, ski rental directly in hotel, shuttle bus hotel - Corviglia 5 mins so you can really arrive in suit or pyjama and in 15 mins you are on slopes, service more than 100%, every member of the stuff will do their best, no pretended no played, naturaly, humanly. Definitely we will return back in future

The views from the pool area, terrace and the room was spectacular. I love how I was greeted and helped starting with the front desk and the valet crew as well as the service crew at the breakfast session. The hotel has a pleasant dining hall also with great views of the mountain and lake area which is breathtaking. I had a relaxing spa session which is highly recommended.

Arte is a relatively new hotel, very tidy, and the rooms are well equipped. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional indeed: wide range of food and drink is served, and their quality is superior. The Hotel has a restaurant, too. Great service and fantastic dishes can be found there.

    The staff was the best. They knew in advance this was our 50th wedding anniversary so I had worked with them in advance to have champagne and flowers awaiting us in our room. They not only provided what I had asked for but there were scattered rose petals in the room and two white towels rolled into the shapes of kissing swans in the bed.

    The hotel is located 20 min by walk from the Train Station. Great location, next to a supermarket. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The halls between the bedrooms have carpet, which might be a problem to people with allergies, but the bedrooms have a different floor. The rooms were big and the bed and bathroom were perfect. The breakfast was ok!

    The location so close to the train station and the hotel has such an amazing view. The staff were welcoming and helpful while the dinner was great. In addition, it is so good to be dog friendly. Wish that I can bring my furbaby here one day.

    The food in the restaurant for dinner was fantastic. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were delightful. Very welcoming to my dog. Great location with the bus stop (going to town centre and train stain) directly outside.
