Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations – we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Very cozy apartment house, close to some restaurants and a small shop. Rebecca was a wonderful host, she spoke fluently English, she helped me a lot when organizing my trips around the area. She arranged taxis for us and also gave us a lift to the entrance of the national park.

We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.
