Apartment was very neat and clean. Very good location. A shopping center is just opposite to the location. Host Ms. Machlitt is very friendly and helped us with all necessary information. She was so kind that she kept some toys and books for the kids in the apartment. Everything is very good and would love to stay again with them.

After having spent 1 night in another horror place, we found this beautiful hotel and stayed 1 night there. We arrived after lunch and were allowed to have lunch on the day of check-out. We could also stay in the wellness area as long as we wanted. We loved everything about this hotel: the clean and comfy rooms, the swimming pools, the food, and the amazing wellness. We managed to relax and totally switch off.

The breakfast was very good. Much to chose from, everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel is situated in the nice green valley on the edge of Jena, there is a road in front of it, but it is not very noisy. There is beautiful garden where you can have a meal and beer, or just sit and relax. Hotel restaurant is great, preparing very tasty local cuisine food and their own beer. Staff was professional and friendly. Awesome stay I can really recommend.

When I arrived a Ferrero chocolates with a bottle of wine were waiting for me at the table. The hosts were very friendly. The apartment was furnitured in a Hygge style. And yes.. there is a sauna in the bathroom ready for use for 15 Euro per 4 hours, with a set of essential oils and a good instruction.

We had room 67 which was a Junior Suite. Spacious, refurbished and super. Hotel was 500 years old but everything very modern in room. Sofa, arm chairs, king sized bed, plenty of space to unpack.

    Friendly and competent staff especially in the wait staff in the breakfast room and in the restaurant, as well as the housekeeping personnel. The hotel has old-world charm.     Everything was perfect, we especially enjoyed that this is a truly pet friendly hotel. They placed a cute dog bed into out room with bowls. We have never experienced such a kindness from a hotel.

    Check-in was easy, as taking the car lift to the car park. Rooms were a bit ok though the Standard is a bit on the smallish side. Very pet friendly, dog was welcomed with his own bed and bowls, though no snack. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of goods.
