We had a great stay in Mango. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. The dog Bobby is super welcoming and friendly as well. The hotel is super clean (the cleanest guesthouse we have been to in Aswan). The breakfast was yummy and served on the roof. They helped us with a late checkout by giving us an unbooked room till 3pm.

This hotel is highly recommended! The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with lovely beds, the food is Nice and the staff is incredibly helpful. Excursions are well organised. It was great fun on the falucca with sunset.

Location was prefect right on the Nile facing the Aga Khan Mausoliam. Ahmed picked us from the railway station early in the morning and cooked us a perfect egyptian breakfast. He was a gentleman and most helpful host. He arranged all our taxis, boat rides even went and bought our return train tickets and saw as off.

We had a few difficult requests due to our tight schedule. Kafana helped us get the laundry done within 24 hours (we were due to leave at the break of dawn the day after) He also helped us arrange for transport for a very early train (7.30am) and even brought us not just to the trains station, but all the wait to our seat inside the train itself. He helped us carry one of our heaviest luggage during this whole time Stay with Kafana knowing that he will take good care of his guests

We had an amazing stay, the location is a dream, waking up and enjoying the most delicious breakfast right by the Nile and being surrounded by the kindest staff. The people working in the hotel were one of our highlights and took great care of us. The rooms were spotless clean and beds super comfortable. We will come back for sure!

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Rana Guest House! The guest house and the rooms are very nice, clean and the location is beautiful, right in front of a fabulous view of the Nile and the Aswan city on the other bank. Elephantine island is a quiet, colorful and relaxing place. Roku, our host, was an absolutely wonderful and very helpful person. He came to pick us up personally at the ferry departure on the Aswan bank when we arrived and accompanied us to the guest house, and helped us to carry our luggage back and forth. He organized some very nice tours for us at good prices and everything went as planned. He made good breakfast for us in the morning, offered us complimentary juices and hot drinks and recommended us places where we could eat for dinner. Roku was always available for anything we needed and was a fantastic host. He didn't even accept the tip we wanted to leave him, which he definitely deserved! We absolutely recommend Rana Guest house, it's a wonderful place to stay at!
