the building and my room were gorgeous, old and traditional but in perfect restored condition. great new shower, everything spotless, a place to charge phones, hang clothes, and even a few toiletries. I was able to have a snack when I arrived and a good breakfast the next morning. also there was a fan in the room to cool it down a bit.

Set amid forests. Alpine style with oodles of wood carving from the far east makes for a charming and unique property. Very good restaurant. Second time here en route but will add extra nights next time and relax even more Pre book Spa before arrival if that's your thing. We will be back.

The apartment was well designed, spacious and spotless. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked, the bedrooms had plenty of hanging and storage space and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very good with plenty of stock. The location is wonderful, overlooking the town centre square, within easy driving distance of most of the Basque territory, and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and food shopping. Altogether and excellent standard of accommodtion.
