What a special experience we had at Ravita Cove! Words can’t express how grateful we feel to have stayed in such a beautiful place. Cookie and his staff are the kindest and warmest people ever and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Although our stay was quite short, we made unforgettable memories there, we enjoyed the private beach and went snorkelling and spearfishing. The place is quiet, comfortable and the meals are extremely delicious. We would definitely recommend this homestay and hope to visit again in the near future. The most amazing tropical island you can think off, welcoming family (Emily, Seru and team were amazing!), nice bonfires, and always kind guests to chat with! We had an amazing time ar Wai Makare! Just be mindful, if you want a luxurious resort with constant internet and electricity and warm water for your shower, this might not be the place for you. However, if you want to enjoy the real Fiji, its Beauty and its kind people… this is the place for you!

Everything I needed. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The family running this home stay is wonderful. Delicious home cooked meals. If you’re lucky, you might get crab for dinner. It was divine. It was an amazing experience for our family! The location and the beach and bay are simply stunning. The village people are very welcoming and super nice. Lots of „Bula!“ wherever you see someone. The kids a curious and happy to show you around. The water is superb for swimming and playing around in. We loved the different dog characters hanging out at the beach - all very friendly. You pay your „entrance“ fee and that‘s it, you are guests of the community instead of feeling like customers - the concept works really well and seems fair for everyone. It is simple, as that‘s what village life in the Yasawas is, but if you‘re somewhat open minded and up for trading some less comfort for having a unique and closer-to-authentic experience then this is for you. The hike up to the ridgeline in the early morning was fantastic. Amazing views and some village children and dogs as good company. We just loved it!
