Service by the staff was exemplary. The concierge team was excellent and made us feel most comfortable and at home. Despite changes in shift, our requests were always followed through by the different teams. The staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. The very tall lady always welcomed us with a cheery good morning and she remembered us and our preferences. We didnt manage to get her name though. Thank you all so much for being so professional yet welcoming, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for all the people that made the experience possible. By the second day, we always looked out for the logo atop the hotel. It is like coming home.

Everything about the property. Truly unique and magical, especially with the winter decorations up - felt like I had stepped into a classic Christmas movie. I would love to come back for December sometime. The cinema room again surpassed expectations, great selection of movies including the one we requested. Jordan a polite host who explained use of the property very well and gave good recommendations. Area is very interesting being close to some of the reminders of the history of Belfast which enhanced the stay.

Beautiful apartment!! Lovely comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. We couldn't ask for more! About a 20 - 30 minute walk to the city centre but 2 minute walk from the bus stop! Great communication from the host. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

    Dog-friendly stays are a must for our family's travel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were outstandingly clean, with hardwood floors as opposed to carpets, which retain dirt. There is a spacious kitchen and family area. The rooms also have easily accessible power main outlets on both sides of the bed above the nightstand for any electronic needs. Access to the building is secure and requires a room key for scanning. An attendant is available as an alternative. There is also a gated and secure parking area.

    Gorgeous hotel, centrally located and absolutely the best dog friendly hotel I have ever been to. I arrived to my room with my dog and they had put a dog bed, food/water bowls and a goodie bag that included treats, poo bags and a tennis ball! Amazing!!!

    Everything about this place was amazing and totally exceeded my expectations. Honestly better than some 4* hotels I've stayed in and defineatly cleaner! Super location too. Also they allow XL dogs and are actually pet friendly-most places claim to be but only allow small pets.
