We liked everything about this stay; the facilities are excellent with high quality fixtures and fittings making you feel comfortable but pampered. Mandy is an excellent host..informative, caring and with (for us) the right level of interaction to ensure privacy and independence of guests. There is an excellent guest area for eating and relaxing although we werent there long enough to use the facilities in full this is a real bonus factor at this stay. It is well placed for all activities in Hornsea, near to the seafront and many bars and restaurants with a short easy walk to the Floral Hall. Plenty of free parking at the back too.

As a last minute Christmas week break at the seaside with two boys it was absolutely perfect! Great location, so much room, spotlessly clean and so homely. We were all so relaxed and wished we had longer. Already looking forward to coming back!

    The views were fantastic. I loved my morning coffee watching the sea twinkle. The house is very well equipped for all your needs and the appliances are all very modern. It has a spacious feel to it and is ideally located. The dog friendly beach is just across the road and the children’s park and town centre a 10 minute walk away.

    Lovely stay Perfect location Extremely dog friendly my cockerpoo Bella had scrambled egg cooked by Debbie for breakfast and a gravy biscuit from Colin Breakfast was delicious,Debbie offered a full English,breakfast sandwiches anything on toast I booked the bedroom that looked out to sea,even had binoculars to be nosy Only little thing missing was toiletries but I had brought my own Debbie and Colin are perfect hosts and their springer spaniel Tonto is absolutely gorgeous and so friendly Overall it was a lovely breakaway We will be back

    Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. Simon was really friendly and welcoming and even helped us with our luggage. The place was bigger than it looks in the pictures and in a great location, everything was clean and very comfortable and good value for money. Very dog friendly with plenty of places near tby to walk the dog. Would definitely come back again. Having a T.V in the bedroom was a bonus too and the bed was really comfortable and a really good walk in shower.

    The hosts are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The location is great as it's on the seafront, which is perfect for dog walking. The room is cosy & very comfortable. As for the breakfasts they are absolutely fantastic. This is the second time we have stayed here and it's been great yet again.

    Thanks again Colin and Debbie, you made us all so welcome. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and amazing bathroom. 10/10 for breakfast, gorgeous as always. Great location, and a short stroll into the town centre. Ernie says a big thank you too, he loves it at the Ashburnam 🐶🐕🐶. Recommended place to stay and visit, free parking and very dog friendly 👍
