Great staff who were very friendly and always happy with a smile and also to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious for our needs. Absolutely everything, it was such a delight to stay at this place to the point that we extended the stay for an additional night. Perfect to recharge, enjoy some nature, while being close to Inverness & Loch Ness. Bonus point for the adorable staff, everyone was so welcoming and kind.

    Very helpful reception when I had to change my booking due to a breakdown. Thank you Chelsea and then Mairi (?). Room was as promised. Very glad that the hotel is dog friendly - bowls, fleeces and treats available but we had our own dog bed etc. Good sized room. Window could be opened. We slept well.
