The restaurant and friendly staff were always looking to accommodate. Extra takeaway coffee FOC when I left the hotel. An extra cooling fan was added to the room during my stay.

    Gorgeous location on the river. We had a dog-friendly room on the ground floor that was excellent - spacious, comfortable, clean, great facilities for us and the pup. The hotel was very dog-friendly, inc the restaurant where there was a designated area. The coffee shop is brilliant. Loved sitting on the riverside lawns with a coffee and a croissant.
