It was incredible to find such a comfortable villa in such a wild location. The villa is not big, but it has everything you need. You can tell it was made with a lot of love and care. They even provide robes, slippers, breakfast items, and a fully stocked minibar, which is so convenient since there are no shops within walking distance. The location is unique, with a stunning view of the rice terraces—no houses in front, offering complete seclusion and privacy. There are no tourists around, so you get to experience Bali in its untouched beauty. We were welcomed so warmly, and they prepared an incredible surprise that I will remember for the rest of my life. There was a bird in a cage, which we were asked to set free as a symbol of liberation. It was so unexpected, yet so beautiful and moving! Another amazing thing was that you can walk down to the river and wander through the rice fields completely alone. The energy there is something else—I've never felt anything like it anywhere else! I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and soul. I fell in love with this place forever!

Beautiful and secluded genuinely eco resort. The staff and owners were lovely and passionate. We slept amazingly in the tree house style accommodation which was very comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of traditional Balinese design and modern comfort, creating a serene oasis that truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the breathtaking views, was meticulously crafted to enhance the stay. The staff at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa were exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided invaluable local insights that enriched my trip. The surrounding area is just as impressive, offering a perfect mix of natural beauty and tranquility. I had an amazing time at Bali Lush. Very tranquil, beautiful location. Perfect when you need to disconnect and spend some time in the nature, enjoying the sounds and visuals around you. Everything is done with great attention to detail: from furniture and decor in the houses, to quirky dishes and cups.Food was so so good, it's a big part of the experience. Don't miss out on lunch and dinner if you can. Thank you for letting me walk around your lovely garden and sharing how you grow the produce and your approach to curating the menu. There is so much to do and see in the area and I loved that you can find an extensive list of activities to do while staying at Bali Lush. Can't wait to visit again and stay for longer than 2 nights. Thank you!

D’Jungle is a peaceful sanctuary nestled in the heart of the rice terraces and the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The garden and the views are very pretty and the room perfect. Super spacious, clean and very well decorated. It felt like a 5 stars place :) Moreover, Putu and his family were such warm and generous hosts. Finally, Pino the cat made it feel even more like home!

This place is really magical. If you are looking for a place, where time stops and you want to be properly connected with nature, this a place to stay. To see in the night so many fireflies is really magic! We loved not having WiFi and no electricity. The solar generated lighting was more than adequate. If we could, we would have loved to stay much longer. The bed was very comfy, the temperature for sleeping was lovely. Every morning Komar brought for us delicious breakfast. The architecture is amazing. Ady made the house with a soul. It was the best place from our travel.

The location is very high up in the mountains, many beautiful rice fields on the way. Beautiful scenery of sunset in front of the villa and sunrise behind the villa but covered by trees. The food is limited but very delicious. Adi our host was very welcoming and was very attentive when we brought up any issues.

    The Eco Lodge is in a pretty and remote location on the slopes of Batukaru volcano. The cottages are dotted around lush gardens growing fruit and herbs. Our cottage had a shady terrace to relax on. There’s a really excellent restaurant serving local specialities, a freshwater swimming pool and some comfy places to sit. From the lodge there are excellent guided walks into the plantations, rainforest and temples.
